Vocation Roster
Settlement NPC Workforce
Generates a directory of key NPCs paired with specialized occupations appropriate to Ethoria's settlement and fortification tiers—populating local contacts, trade cartel leadership, and House administrators.
Higher tiers unlock more specialized, complex, and advanced vocations.
Fern Grass
Chandler
Renders animal fat to craft tallow candles, soap, torches, and waterproofing grease.
Hazel Field
Tavernkeeper
Runs local drinking halls, lodging rooms, and primary rumor hubs for travelers and adventurers. (Hosts warm hearthside inns filled with pipe-weed smoke and hot cider.)
Gorbulas Knotcrust
Town Watchman
Patrols gates, enforces curfews, and maintains basic civic order in settlements. (Militia constables armed with cudgels and alarm bells.)
Odo "Lightfoot Tongue" Bottle
Town Crier / Herald
Broadcasts royal proclamations, Great House decrees, tax deadlines, and bounty notices. (Announces festival news and community notices at village crossroads.)
